Shipping & Returns
We ship all across Canada and the United States. At this time we are not setup to automatically ship outside of these two countries from the Check Out Page. BUT If you are interested in having something shipped to a location outside of these two countries please get in touch with us, and we’d be happy to see if there’s something we can arrange!
When Will My Order Arrive?
Once your order has shipped it normally takes between 5-15 days to arrive. Orders can occasionally take a little longer to arrive depending on your location or outside factors such as weather, holidays or postal service issues. Your order confirmation email will include a tracking number so you may track your packages progress.
Returns & Exchange Information
Is there an issue with your order? We are sorry to hear that and would like to encourage you to get in touch with us regarding your concerns. We always have someone here to help and to answer any questions you might have.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it for a full refund we’d be happy to do that. Please review and complete the following steps:
Please pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging and attach return shipping label provided.
Ensure your returned item(s) are in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. We do not accept returns on Final Sale items or items sold as 'Seconds'. We withhold the right to decline issuing refunds on returned items that do not meet the above conditions.
Returns must be made within 15 days of having received your package.
Please contact customer service within 15 days of having received your package to request an exchange.
Please follow the same return instructions as above to return your product for an exchange.
