Shipping & Returns
We ship all across Canada and the United States. We ship internationally to the UK, Germany, France, Mexico, New Zealand & Australia. Duties and customs fees may apply to international orders and are to be paid by the recipient. If you are interested in having something shipped to a location outside of the regions listed here please get in touch with us, we’d be happy to see if there’s something we can arrange!
When Will My Order Arrive?
*Due to COVID-19 shipping times may take longer than normal, and we appreciate your patience.
Once your order has shipped it normally takes between 5-15 days to arrive within Canada and the USA. Orders going out internationally can take 8-15 days depending on the distance. Outside factors such as weather, holidays or postal service issues can further delay delivery and are outside of our control. Your order confirmation email will include a tracking number so you may track your packages progress.
Returns & Exchange Information
Is there an issue with your order? We are sorry to hear that and would like to encourage you to get in touch with us regarding your concerns. We always have someone here to help and to answer any questions you might have.
If there is an issue with your purchase and would like to return it for a full refund we’d be happy to do that. Please review and complete the following steps:
Get in touch with us right away! Contact customer service via our contact page or email to open a claim. Please pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging and attach return shipping label provided from your customer service claim.
Ensure your returned item(s) are in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. We do not accept returns on Final Sale items or items sold as 'Seconds'. We withhold the right to decline issuing refunds on returned items that do not meet the above conditions.
Returns must be made within 15 days of having received your package.
We will gladly facilitate an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchanges. Please contact customer service within 15 days of having received your package to open a claim and request an exchange. Shipping cost for an exchange is to be covered by the recipient.
